Base Salary £30,000 to £55,000 +Comms

Are you an experienced Recruitment Consultant seeking an exciting opportunity within the Education sector? Look no further! My clients fast-paced office has recently relocated to a larger premises in Chelmsford, and the London branch stands forever strong in the heart of the City of London, both offices actively seeking talented individuals to join their expanding team.

Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant within the Education sector team, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging, and placing candidates in various roles within schools, colleges, and educational organisations. Your role will involve building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, understanding their needs, and providing tailored recruitment solutions. This could be within Primary, Secondary or SEN.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within an agency setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
• Adaptability to work across sectors, with experience in Education being advantageous but not essential.
• Motivated self starter with a drive to succeed.
