Our client, a market-leading company with a nationwide presence, is seeking a proactive and driven recruitment consultant to join and lead their vibrant team in London.

Thriving in a dynamic office environment, they specialise in providing teachers and support staff to schools across the UK. With offices nationwide and an exclusive relationship with nasen (National Association for Special Education Needs), they are at the forefront of SEND recruitment. They offer a diverse range of roles, from TAs, HLTAs, LSAs, therapists, teachers, SENCOs, Deputies to Head Teachers, ensuring every candidate finds their perfect fit.

The Role: As a Recruitment Consultant in the Education sector, you will play a pivotal role in matching talented candidates with rewarding positions in schools catering to special education needs and disabilities. You will lead the charge in building and maintaining strong relationships with both schools and candidates, ensuring successful placements and positive outcomes for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and assess candidates for a variety of roles within the education sector, including SEND positions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
• Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
• Collaborate with team members to develop innovative recruitment strategies and deliver exceptional results.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable advice and guidance to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within the education sector or SEND recruitment.
• Proven track record of success in recruitment, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.
• Strong business acumen and commercial awareness, with a drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of recruitment software and tools, with proficiency in MS Office Suite.
