Recruitment Sales consultant

Basics to 35k, realistic OTE 50k+++

Hybrid, sales focused recruitment roles based out of our new central Hub offices in Doncaster.

We have the last few roles available in this new dynamic team. The role is recruitment sales of our commercial temporary recruitment services.

We have a separate team that looks after the resourcing and fulfilment so this role is a sales / account management role only.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking and client development.
• Build and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales within the recruitment industry, with a focus on temporary or volume commercial recruitment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
