Our Barclay Meade professional services business are embarking on an exciting growth journey, with plans to grow our already impressive presence across Procurement, Training, HR & Finance, Sales & Marketing, and more.

You will be taking on a Procurement Perm desk, focused around the Midlands. As part of Barclay Meade you will be role based rather than sector based - allowing you to win clients across any of our STEM Sectors. 

Recruitment Consultant.
As our consultant, you will have the technical expertise and market awareness to identify, open, and develop new market opportunities in a lively, upbeat sales environment. 

You will grow your desk by managing and matching clients & candidates together, working to meet their expectations – building relationships will be an integral part of your role. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop new business opportunities via multi-media channels.
• Identify potential candidates to fulfil client's requirements using innovative candidate attraction strategies.
• Build and share a clients and candidates portfolio.
• Work with both teams and managers to achieve personal and team KPIs & objectives.
• Demonstrate a commitment to candidate care and database development.
• Support graduate and trainee consultants to develop into the role.
