Recruitment Co-ordinator

Are you an experienced Recruitment Account Manager or Resourcer looking for a busy, varied role with an immediate start!?

Proactive Personnel ltd are currently recruiting for an internal member of staff to join our Stoke team on a temporary contract to support a peak period.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team to support the resourcing, onsite induction and contract management processes in relation to the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have your own license / vehicle and have a flexible approach to your work.

£11.75 - £12.50 per hour.

08:00 - 17:00 (flexibility will be required).

You will be required to complete onsite inductions (full training is provided), support the recruitment team in resourcing candidates for the available opportunities, and offering account management support when required. This position will require the individual to have strong administration skills and a keen eye for detail.

Enthusiasm, tenacity and an outgoing personality will be key for this role!

You will be required to travel to our clients site 2 - 3 times per week.

There may be the opportunity to progress into a permanent opportunity, but this is not guaranteed at this stage.

There will also be a retention bonus payable on contract completion.
