Recruitment Assistant Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a team of three recruitment assistants providing escalation support
- Supporting with recruitment for the graduate scheme visa across Europe
- Reviewing and screening a high-volume of CV applications
- Conducting phone screen interviews
- Scheduling multiple candidate interviews
- Coordinating assessment centres
- Acting as the first point-of-contact for candidates
- 6 to 12 months of coordination experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn
