Recruitment Assistant

Large, diverse public sector organisation, based in Liverpool City Centre, currently seeking to recruit a passionate and dedicated professional to join their busy recruitment team on a 6-month basis initially. You will join a close-knit team of dynamic, friendly and motivating professionals.

Your New Role

Within your new role as Recruitment Assistant, you will act as the first point of contact for the recruitment hub, supporting with all aspects of recruitment; from placing adverts, to arranging interviews, supporting in assessment centres, to completing the onboarding process, including supporting with pre-employment checks and issuing offers and contracts to new starters.

As Recruitment Assistant you will provide a positive candidate experience, dealing with any candidate queries quickly and efficiently. You will also build and develop long lasting relationships with managers across the organisation.
To be successful in the role of Recruitment Assistant you will have a can-do attitude and be motivated to complete your role within the recruitment team to a high standard, showcasing your commitment to both your own, and the team's success.

What You Will Need

• Previous experience in a HR/Recruitment facing role.
• Ability to focus on service delivery whilst also remaining customer focused.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• To be a dynamic, flexible professional who is motivated, hard-working and passionate.
