Hook, Hampshire - Fully office based

Part time - 30 hours per week - Tuesday-Friday - 09.30-16.30

Immediate start!

Temp contract - Up to 6 months, reviewed on a regular basis

The Job:
Our client, within the Education Sector, is currently looking for a Recruitment Administrator. As a Recruitment Administrator, you'll be responsible for providing administrative support to the recruitment team. Your main duties will include:

  • Helping to post job vacancies on various platforms
  • Reviewing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate evaluations
  • Communicating with candidates and providing updates on their application status
  • Managing our applicant tracking system and database
  • Assisting with the orientation process for new hires
  • Offering general administrative support to the recruitment team as required

Skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in recruitment or HR
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Attention to
  • Proficiency in MS Packages including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Capacity to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
