Our client based near Twyford is recruiting for an Administrator to join their busy team. The role will sit between HR and Recruitment and will assist with the on-boarding of temporary staff.

Experience within HR or Recruitment is not essential but would be an advantage.

The role will be 5 days per week week 5-6 hours per day. There is parking on-site. 2 days in the office 3 days working from home. The office days must be Wednesday and Thursday.

Key Duties include:

  • Following up with applicant compliance
  • Checking RTW when required (an external RTW company is also used)
  • Ensuring smooth running of inductions
  • Some candidate sourcing
  • General administration as and when required.
