Recruitment Support Assistant
  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Location: Norwich (with free parking)
  • Salary: Competitive
  • Temp for 3 months but likely to be extended or could become permanent

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Support Administrator to provide varied support to our Recruitment Team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent customer service and telephone skills, who is comfortable with IT and spreadsheets.

Day to Day of the Role:
  • Ensuring timesheets are added, approved, and processed in a timely manner.
  • Providing support to the Resourcing team with various administrative tasks.
  • Conducting new starter checks and compliance, including referencing, checking documentation, and processing DBS checks.
  • Proactively chasing timesheets and training attendance to ensure all records are up to date.
  • Maintaining accurate and organised records, and using spreadsheets to filter and manage data effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A high attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle queries and issues efficiently.
  • Strong telephone skills, with a professional and courteous manner.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems and proficiency in using spreadsheets (filtering data, etc.).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
