Your new role as a Key Account Manager

Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the overall growth and profitability of the company.

Client Engagement: Maintaining and developing new relationships with key clients and existing clients in the market, understanding their unique needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions. Pitching for new business and contracts.

Innovation: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance our recruitment methodologies. Conducting thorough market research to identify key areas to target.

Performance Metrics: Set and achieve ambitious targets for revenue generation, client acquisition, and market share.

Recruitment: Working alongside a 180 Recruiter to ensure that all vacancies are serviced quickly with the best quality of candidates
