The Recruitment Account Executive...

  • Identifies and delivers on mostly contingent technical recruitment services.
  • Delivers the highest levels of service quality and consistent fee performance.
  • Acts as the conduit between client needs and candidate suitability.
  • Optimises existing relationships and builds a robust and meaningful client base.
  • Operates with entrepreneurial freedom to develop a successful business unit.
  • Maintains the key values of the FMC business and its associated best practice methodologies.

It is expected that approximately 50% of Account Executive time will be focused on service delivery, 30% on account management and business development and 20% on maintaining systems and data quality.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an ambitious, individual with 360 recruitment experience to join our Motorsport team.

The team specialises across motorsport and automotive markets, so any direct experience in those markets would be a bonus. We are looking for an individual with a passion for all things Motorsport, F1, IndyCar... you get the idea. We’ve worked with 8 of the 10 teams on the F1 grid so passion is essential and is what sets us apart from the rest.

3) A member of the People Team will call you for a quick 'Hello!’
4) If shortlisted, you will attend a first interview with a representative from each team.
5) Next is an activity-based final interview with a Director.
