Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance with the recruitment and interview process as required.
  • Coordinate and manage induction procedures for new employees during their onboarding.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all new hire setup and processing, handling pre-employment occupational health checks, system onboarding, probation processes, and new starter training plans.
  • Provide administrative support to HR Business Partner's and the Talent Acquisition Business Partner.

Essential:

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Capability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
  • CIPD Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Skilled in carrying out interviews.
  • Understanding of legislation and best practice in recruitment.
