About Reply:

Role overview:
As an internal recruiter at Reply, you'll be responsible for the attraction of graduates and early careers candidates with focus on digital services, IT and business consulting across the UK. As part of Reply's International Recruiting division, our UK University Recruiting team are experts at sourcing early talent from some of the best universities and are responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. We'll offer you extensive training opportunities and a detailed learning path to guide you along the way, allowing you to progress quickly and to achieve subject matter expertise. You'll love our diverse and vibrant work environment and the opportunity to work on tech recruiting projects involving cutting-edge technologies such as AI, cloud, edge computing, chatbot technology and more.

Responsibilities:
  • You'll be a trusted Recruiting Business Partner to our hiring managers and will be instrumental in helping them scale up and achieve their strategic hiring needs
  • As a recruiter for early talent, you will engage with a selection of universities in order to enhance Reply's brand as a premium graduate employer
  • You'll own the initial screening as well as the virtual HR interview with your candidates and will accompany them throughout the full recruiting journey ensuring excellent candidate experience
  • Organization of university careers fairs and other graduate recruiting events such as tech talks, panel events and Open Day @ Reply
  • You will be involved in talent acquisition projects and recruiting channel management with a high degree of ownership
About the candidate:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Management, Economics or in another relevant field of study
  • Initial work experience in an in-house talent acquisition function is highly advantageous, ideally sourcing technical roles
  • You excel at actively sourcing candidates, taking inspiration from the latest trends in recruiting
  • You are a goal-oriented individual, focused on delivering high quality recruiting results
