Are you ready to join the RBL’s Recovery Services Team to support the implementation of our exciting strategy that will deliverclass leading Recovery Programmes to over 5,500 beneficiaries annually?

The RBL are committed to a significant expansion of Recovery Services, including an increase in the number and diversity of Recovery Programmes; delivery of Team UK to the Invictus Games; and the introduction of community follow-up programmes.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join the Recovery Services Team, as our Recovery Support Team Leader. This is position has been introduced to lead and manage our team of Recovery Support Officers, and in doing so ensure our beneficiaries receive the best possible support.

You will be required to pro-actively identify where support is most needed and ensure Recovery Support Officers are effectively positioned to provide wrap around support and effective signposting to appropriate Recovery Pathways and Services.

This will be a highly rewarding role and you will be fully supported in gaining a full understanding of Recovery Service Programmes and the pathways that are available to beneficiaries, both internal to RBL and externally.

The role is based at the RBL’s Battle Back Centre, Lilleshall, Newport, TF10 9AT, but you will also be supporting programmes which are delivered nationally and internationally
