The RBL are committed to a significant expansion of Recovery Services, including an increase in the number and diversity of Recovery Programmes; delivery of Team UK to the Invictus Games; and the introduction of community follow-up programmes.

We are looking for a highly organised, motivated and versatile individual to join the RBL Recovery Services Team, as our Recovery Pathways Manager. This is an exciting new position that will lead on the creation and implementation of new innovative processes to manage, on-board, track, monitor, signpost and evaluate the experience of over 5,500 beneficiaries as they progress through RBL Recovery Programmes.

You should have excellent attention to detail and a passion for providing the highest possible recovery experience for our diverse range of beneficiaries. You will need to be confident with databases and IT systems, managing highly confidential beneficiary information, and working with others to support referral procedures to enable Recovery Services to deliver safely and effectively from locations across the UK and internationally.
