We are seeking a Settlement Officer (Motor) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the smooth settlement of payment packs with insurers.

As a Settlement Officer, you will have the opportunity to liaise with both internal departments and external stakeholders including solicitors, utilising your superb communications skills and attention to detail.

Key Duties:
  • Chase settlement of payment packs with insurers.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external companies, maintain clear communication channels.
  • Utilise a bespoke database system and showcase your sound computer knowledge.
  • Demonstrate first-class organisational skills in managing tasks efficiently,
  • Uphold our commitment to superb customer service, ensuring all interactions are handled with professionalism and enthusiasm.
