Records Management Project Analyst

Location: Bristol - on site 5 days a week (no exceptions)

Duration: 3 Months - no extension

Rate: £350 Inside IR35

I am currently recruiting for a Project Analyst for our of our largest financial services clients. The candidate will lead the charge in managing one clerical individual to support the delivery of our ambitious project, collaborating closely with our Records Management working group, subject matter experts, and policy owners to craft and execute project plans seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

· Reviewing, cataloging, and ensuring the proper treatment of physical records in alignment with our policies.

· Ensuring strict compliance with applicable policies and procedures for both yourself and the team.

· Opportunity to contribute to the implementation of training plans and communication strategies to bridge any identified gaps.

Requirements:

· A keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and issues simultaneously, all while maintaining quality.

· Proficiency in office operations and adeptness with computer/IT systems, especially Microsoft 365 packages.

· A pragmatic problem-solving approach

· Excellent scheduling skills to manage activities and resources, ensuring project plans are executed on time.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

· A commitment to handling highly confidential and sensitive materials with the utmost professionalism.
