Receptionist for a Hedge Fund in the West End. 

A London-based Hedge Fund is seeking a superstar Receptionist to join their friendly and sociable team. They require someone who is confident interacting with people at all levels and enjoys providing a high level of hospitality and customer service. 

Role: Receptionist
Duration: Full time
Start date: ASAP (will wait 1 month's notice)
Salary: Up to £40,000 DOE
Working Hours: 9:00 - 18:00, 5 days in the office
Location: West End

Responsibilities:
  • Warmly welcome and assist clients and guests at the front desk, ensuring a fantastic visitor experience
  • Manage meeting rooms and promptly handle any scheduling conflicts 
  • Organise catering and assist with video/av equipment for meetings
  • Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and messages, ensuring these are directed appropriately
  • Assist with office maintenance issues and ensure a well-presented space
  • Handle additional administrative tasks such as office events

Requirements:
  • Experience as a receptionist in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with handling a high volume of calls / switchboard experience
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Well-presented and a professional demeanour
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Effective communicator with the ability to exercise discretion
