Receptionist / £20,000 - £25,000 / Ashford, Office Based / Permanent

My client, a leader in their industry, are seeking a receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be confident, with a can-do attitude and have a real passion for reception/administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting and greeting walk-in clients
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring them
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Scheduling and booking meetings in and out the office
  • Setting up new client/customer onto the internal database
  • Coordinating HMRC records
  • Data entry and general administration
Essential Skillset
  • Previous experience in an administration or call handling
  • A real passion to get into a Receptionist role
  • Confident telephone speaker
  • Confident with Excel
  • Ability to demonstrate a willingness to learn
  • Proficient with Microsoft Package – Word, PowerPoint, Outlook & Excel
Package
  • £20,000 - £25,000 (DOE)
  • Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm
  • Ashford – office-based
  • Free parking onsite
