Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Salary: £21k - £26k

Are you a Receptionist in the Legal industry looking for their next opportunity? Do you have a nack with people and super organisational skills? Then you’re in luck!

About the company:

A leading North London solicitors with a track record of success over the past 40 years. They operate across London & the surrounding areas. Due to growth they are on the lookout for a Receptionist to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Your day to day role will involve:

  • Greeting visitors
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team
  • Scheduling and rearranging appointments
  • Replying to incoming calls and emails

What you will need to succeed:

  • Excellent organisational, communication & customer service skills – you love people and the people love you
  • keen eye for detail—you spot typos even in your dreams!
  • Proven experience in a Legal Receptionist role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
