LEGAL RECEPTIONIST

Our well-established, forward thinking client law firm based in Stevenage is currently looking for a Legal Receptionist to join them at their front of house Reception Area.

Skills Required:

Preferably someone who is or has already been a Legal Receptionist and who has a very good telephone manner. Someone with previous experience working in a law firm and who has used a reception system before, however induction will be given.

The Candidate:

The successful candidate will be meeting and greeting both clients and sometimes the general public, you will be transferring calls through to the right dept., take on admin duties where necessary, onboarding new clients, etc., photo copying, sorting post internally, taking the post at end of day, arranging appointments, arranging board meeting room, etc.

There is Car parking on site and a Railway station close by (ten minute walk).

Start Date: ASAP

Holidays: Standard plus bank holidays and extra days at the discretion of the firm.

Salary: £21-25,000pa dep on exp.

Hours: 9-5.15pm Mon to Thursday, 9-5pm Friday (closed for one hour lunch).
