Our client, a prestigeous business in the Accountancy sector are looking for a experienced, charismatic & professional Receptionist to join their team on a temporary contract which could span between 6 and 9 months depending on the needs of the business.
What we're looking for:
- Meet & greet clients who visit the business
- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the right person or department
- General administration duties
- Sorting and distributing post
- Keeping the reception area tidy
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Providing direction and assistance to visitors
- Arranging lunches
The finer elements of the role:
- A background & experience of being a Receptionist
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Positive attitude and disposition
