Receptionist

We have a super opportunity for a Receptionist to join an exclusive members club in the heart of Surrey. If you are wanting to work away from the hustle and bustle of a busy town and work in a more remote area surrounded by beautiful views and countryside, then this is for you!

The successful candidate will be exceptional in delivering 1st class customer service, both over the telephone, and face to face with excellent verbal and written skills.

You will have hands on approach with strong attention to detail and be a good team player whilst using your initiative.

You'll build and maintain strong working relationships with both members and colleagues and answer the telephone with a friendly and professional manner at all times, as well as greeting your guests upon arrival and making sure they feel welcome whilst visiting our client’s premises.

• You will be organised and able to prioritise workload.
• Book meeting rooms and coordinate guest bookings
• Maintain the company database adhering to GDPR.
• Administration skills
• Excellent face to face for meeting and greeting.
• A team player with initiative
• Happy to in shifts: you will work 40 Hours Per Week across 5 days with different shifts.
• Flexible working approach
• Able to multitask.
• Able to deliver the highest standards.
• Due to location, you will need your own transport.
