Receptionist

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist to join a leading commercial law firm based in Belfast.

This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract

Working hours: Monday to Friday 50 hours per week

With a salary of £22,500 - £23,000 per annum – dependent on experience.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for providing first class customer service to all visitors.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Reception experience within a similar role.
  • Previous experience of working with a switchboard.
  • IT Proficient with the use and good knowledge of systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills - with the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering and dealing with queries via telephone, email and face-to-face basis.
  • Answering a busy switchboard.
  • General administration duties.
