Working Shifts: 8 hr shifts - Shift rota basis covering weekends, days, bank holidays and evenings

Our client is looking for 3 x full time Receptionists to be based at a prestigious hotel in Coventry

Receptionist duties include:

• Engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
• Answer general telephone enquiries
• Assist with any complaints
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety
• Excel in representing and demonstrating the brand standards
• Ensuring the smooth running of the shift
• Be customer focused ensuring that all customers are satisfied

Receptionist specification:

Essential

• The ability to work evenings, weekends and bank holiday
• Have a passion for hospitality
• Always give great service
• Be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
• Take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of  our client
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
