An exciting opportunity has arisen with a well-established legal firm in Brighton, who are looking for a receptionist to join the team, to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Answer, log and transfer inbound phone calls politely and efficiently
  • Check and maintain daily calendar of visitors
  • Meet and greet incoming clients/customers
  • Office admin duties i.e. ordering supplies/stationery
  • Work closely with facilities manager to raise any building or supplier issues (i.e. plumbing/electrical)
  • Assist with onboarding of client files using their Online Management System

To be successful in the role, you should portray the following attributes:

  • Confident, polite and approachable
  • Good telephone manner and ability to communicate clearly
  • Good organisational skills with a "can-do" attitude
  • Sufficient IT knowledge i.e. MS Word/Excel etc.
