After a successful internal promotion we are currently recruiting for a Receptionist on a permanent full time basis based on the outskirts of Truro joining a friendly and dynamic team who champions employee progression.

If you are from a Receptionist or Administrative background we would love to hear from you!

On a day to day basis your responsibilities will include:

  • Welcome visitors to the premises and organise refreshments for them.
  • Operate central switchboard
  • Log incoming paper/email enquiries print and file to the correct path.
  • Ensure office stationery and cleaning product stock levels are maintained and order with suppliers where required.
  • Book accommodation and travel for personnel.
  • Undertake any other task set by the Managers.
  • Assist with the company's social media pages, including Instagram, LinkedIn and Twitter

You must possess previous Reception / Admin skills and be competent in Microsoft Office to include Excel and Word

The ability to work well independently and as a team

Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
