Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Nottingham, NG2

Pay rate: £11.44 an hour

Contract: Temp to perm, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors.
  • Support the setup of meeting rooms, conference areas, and special events as
    needed.
  • Report and address minor maintenance issues such as changing light bulbs, fixing
    leaks, or assisting with office equipment.
  • Communicate effectively with other staff members to address any specific cleaning or
    maintenance needs.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Great communication skills
