I am seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Assistant to join a growing team near Bournemouth. You will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Answering inbound calls and redirecting them to the appropriate personnel
  • Taking messages and ensuring they are delivered to the intended recipient
  • Maintaining office equipment and ensuring it is in good working condition
  • Performing other administrative duties as required

As an Office Assistant in this growing team, you will have:
