The position requires a professional Receptionist (part-time, ideally 3-4 days a week, Tue to Fri) to provide essential support within a busy Professional Services environment. - answering telephone calls
- maintaining diaries
- arranging appointments
- taking messages
- filing
- audio-typing skills
- processing of outgoing and incoming mail
- handling correspondence
- liaising with relevant organisations
- using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Access, etc.,
- using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases
- liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts
- organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- arranging both in-house and external events
- arranging advertising and other ways to promote a the business
Profile
This role demands a friendly and helpful manner, and the successful candidate will have to display excellent face-to-face communication skills combined with first rate organisational skills. Good IT skills are essential and relevant work experience is preferred. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Job Offer
- An estimated salary range of £20,000 - £22,000pa FTE depending on experience.
- Part-time (Tues to Friday ideally, 9am until 5pm) Can consider 3 days for the right person
