Receptionist - Glasgow City Centre
My client is looking for a Receptionist/ Front of House to join them on a minimum 6 week contract, with potential to be extended. This role is located in Glasgow City Centre, with an immediate start. Hours for this assignment are Monday - Friday (8am- 5pm or 9am - 6pm). The pay for this contract is £12 per hour.
Daily duties will include:
- Being the main point of contact at our clients office greeting visitors on site and checking ID badges
- Taking inbound and outbound calls
- Booking meeting rooms and dealing with event hospitality, arranging lunches or catering
- Monitoring the inbox and email enquiries
- General admin adhoc support
