THE COMPANY: Our client is a leading Barristers Chambers, who are seeking a Receptionist and Hospitality to join, on a 12-month fixed term contract.
THE ROLE:
- Answer incoming calls, take messages and forwarding to voicemails
- Acting as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assist with queries
- Set up conference rooms with refreshments and lunches
- Monitor stock and ensure efficient crockery is distributed through the building
- Managing meeting room bookings
- Experience in a similar front of house / reception role, ideally in a Legal environment, or professional services
- Well-presented, with strong communication and organisation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional telephone manner and customer service skills
