This is a great opportunity to work within a professional firm Monday to Friday,
The position is open to anyone who enjoys meeting people.
Duties include
Welcoming visitors to the reception and advising the department their client has arrived,making calls where needed , arranging taxis,and the post to be collected, filing some papers, ordering coffee tea and milk to be delivered and general admin duties. This is a lovely position working within reception.
Skills required
Some keyboard experience would be good in MS Office
