Receptionist/Administrator

Location: Office Based, Leicester, LE19

Salary £24,000 + benefits

We are delighted to be working on behalf of our client in their requirement for an Administrator that will include Reception and Facilities Administration expertise, this role is a permanent position with an immediate start

Day to Day responsibilities will include:

  • Administration, working closely with the HR Manager and other senior leaders
  • Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Booking meeting rooms and managing conferences
  • Diary organisation
  • Facilities administration and working closely with the suppliers who look after all of the maintenance conracts
  • Organising parking for visitors
  • Help with HR administration

This opportunity would be ideal for someone with Reception and Administration experience who is looking to focus within a HR and Facilities environment

As Administrator you will possess:

  • Excellent IT skills particularly with MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Superb communication both verbally and written
  • proven experience of working within a fast paced environment
