Reception/Facilities Assistant
Our client, based in Cambridge are currently looking for a Reception/Facilities Assistant to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
Main duties will include:
- Providing a professional and friendly welcome to all visitors
- Liaising with maintenance contractors
- Supporting the Facilities Manager with building security
- Conducting routine health & safety checks
- Organising first aid and fire safety training
- General administrative support
- Assisting with event planning and co-ordination
The successful candidate:
- At least 12 months experience in an admin or reception role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A friendly, professional approach
- Confident with good problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- A good team player
