Job Title: Real Estate Solicitor

Location: County Durham

Salary: £40,000 +

We are a prominent legal firm based in County Durham, with a reputation for excellence and client-focused service. With a rich history spanning several decades, we pride ourselves on delivering bespoke solutions and exceptional service to our diverse clientele. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Solicitor to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Solicitor, you will play a crucial role in providing expert legal advice and support across various real estate matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Handling a caseload of standard commercial property matters; landlord & tenant, buying and selling of commercial property
  • Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis pertaining to real estate transactions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of real estate documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements.
  • Advising clients on property acquisitions, disposals, and development projects.
  • Managing due diligence processes and property investigations.
  • Representing clients in real estate negotiations, meetings, and transactions.
  • Offering strategic advice and guidance on complex real estate matters.
  • Collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Staying updated on relevant legal developments and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years of PQE in real estate law
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in handling diverse real estate transactions.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • Dedication to delivering outstanding client service.
  • Membership in professional legal associations preferred.
