Opportunity to join a large national team as part of its Real Estate team based in Liverpool.

This innovative and cutting-edge Real Estate department offer a complete range of legal services and advice on all aspects of Real Estate and Commercial Property for private and public sectors. 

The work will be varied dealing with a wide range of Real Estate, Commercial property, landlord and tenant, funding arrangements and development and regeneration work. 

The firm is looking for some good experience within Commercial Property work and also knowledge and use of Commercial leasing.
