Real Estate Solicitor
This leading law firm are seeking an ambitious Solicitor with 3+ years experience and excellent communication skills to join their real estate residential team.
Based in the City of London, the successful candidate will get the opportunity to assist in the development of the department and will be encouraged to grow their own network of work introducers.
Required:
- Full understanding of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
- The ability to deal with non-contentious domestic conveyancing matters from inception to completion.
- A good knowledge of general conveyancing and related topics.
- Full knowledge of land registry practices.
Responsibilities
- To ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction.
- To manage an agreed caseload of clients in a profitable and efficient manner.
- Reviewing title documentation, contract documentation, mortgage offers and search results and providing accurate and comprehensive reports to clients.
- Responding to enquiries in a timely manner.
- Resolving complex and technical queries and producing accurate financial statements for clients.
- Dealing with exchange of contracts and completions.
- Checking clients’ source of funds, KYC and other compliance metrics.
- Updating introducer portals where necessary
- Taking primary responsibility for purchase files.
