Chase Resourcing Inc. are currently seeking a Real Estate Sales & Leasing Manager for our client in Qatar. The Sales & Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Sales and Leasing department, developing plans to identify new clients and negotiate with prospective tenants to maximize income in line with the business plan.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assigning sales & leasing staff to appropriate territories.
• Supervise a team of sales & leasing consultants.
• Oversee the processing and approval of client applications and lease documents.
• Monitor leads data and maintain a strong closing ratio.
• Set and achieve sales goals each quarter and motivate the sales & leasing agents to follow all leads.
• Conduct surveys of the property market to obtain information on competing sales and lease rates.
• Develop and implement policies necessary for improving profitability and efficiency of the leasing department.
• Prepare & submit required reports
• Oversee the marketing and advertising of vacancies.
• Overseeing the hiring and on-the-job training of leasing recruits.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or real estate.

• Minimum 8 Years’ experience in leasing, property management, sales and real estate.

• Excellent oral (English) and written skills.

• Business analysis

• Planning and organizing

• Attention to detail
