Real Estate Paralegal
A forward-thinking commercial law firm with a nationwide presence are seeking a dedicated Paralegal/Legal Executive to enhance the Real Estate team due to a period of growth.

The role will be primarily focused on supporting both lenders and borrowers in property lending transactions. This position will be based in either the Manchester or Liverpool office, where close collaboration with experienced solicitors will be a daily occurrence, providing an excellent platform for professional development.
Candidates should possess a friendly and proactive personality, coupled with self-motivation and an earnest desire for career progression. An established interest in law, demonstrated through academic achievements or practical experience in a dynamic legal setting, is essential. The ability to efficiently manage a varied workload, prioritise tasks effectively, and work collaboratively within a team to deliver outstanding client service is paramount.
Key Requirements:
- Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a property law setting.
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask.

- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
