Real Estate Associate

Client

A leading national top 100 law firm are seeking an Associate to join their Commercial Property team in Reading.

Role

You will advise on a broad range of commercial property matters supporting clients on high value deals. Those clients include investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities.

You will draft leases and agreements, advise on secured lending and will offer corporate support on transactions. You will also advise on mixed site development matters. You will work individually as well as supporting more senior members of the team.

You will work in the firm’s Reading office but will be part of the wider real estate team across the UK.

Candidate

Please apply if you have experience from a well regarded regional or national law firm with between 2-4 years PQE. Candidates with experience outside of that are encouraged to apply.

You must have solid technical experience in commercial property law.
