This is a fantastic opportunity for a skillful Solicitor or Legal Executive to join our client’s thriving, multi-accredited practice as a Real Estate Associate. The successful applicant will manage a varied workload, whilst exceeding the firm’s high expectations of client care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Acquisition and disposal of investment properties
- Dispute resolution
- Renewable energy projects
- Agricultural land and rural property
- Negotiating and drafting documentation
- Managing client/matter files
- Liaising with developers and other professionals
- Business development
The Candidate
- Solicitors and legal executives with a minimum of two years’ PQE
- Experience in real estate law is essential
- IT proficient
- Works well as part of a team but equally comfortable working on your own initiative
- Demonstrate a flair for business development and marketing activities
