Are you someone who is enthusiastic and reliable, thriving in challenging situations?

Our service covers most of Norfolk, and you may be required to attend night sit visits anywhere in the region. Don’t worry; we’ll reimburse your mileage at the rate of 42p per mile.

Joining our weekend and additional shift bank service means you could be on an on-call 10-hour shift starting at 9:00pm and ending at 7:00am, allowing you to serve from the comfort of your home, being deployed to customers in their own homes. You’ll work directly with customers, delivering skilled, sensitive, and compassionate care to enhance their independence and well-being.

Every night brings unique challenges: working in our rapid response team ensures no two nights are alike. As an experienced care worker, you’ll handle various tasks and requirements, ensuring personalised care tailored to each situation.

Requirements:

  • This role comes with a minimum requirement of 1x years care experience. – experience in community or care home settings is highly valued.
  • Full Driving Licence and Access to your own vehicle.
  • Flexibility: Be prepared to visit customers across a wide geographical area.
