The role
In this role, your main responsibility is to provide functions associated with the installation, modification, and ongoing service to a range of the company’s third-party equipment in accordance with field procedures.
Other responsibilities include:
- Occasionally supply training on-site to customers on operating and maintenance tasks
- Providing a high level of technical support
- Delivering precise and punctual reporting
- Monitors and drives equipment performance
- Identifying projects that have a positive impact on the business
The requirements
Educated to HND or degree level, as well as…
- Professional and knowledgeable approach to solving customer problems
- MCP-Microsoft qualified or industry equivalent
- Strong understanding of DICOM
- Able to collaborate effectively
- Knowledge and understanding of digital X-ray equipment
- Professional and knowledgable approach to solving customer problems
- Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels
- Willing to travel and stay overnight in UK & Abroad
- Ideally located in West Yorkshire/Leeds
