Our  client is a leading innovator in surface coatings technology, is seeking a dedicated Lab Technician to join our dynamic team in the heart of Bristol’s industrial sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development of cutting-edge adhesive products used worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests to support product development.
  • Maintain accurate records of experiments and analyses.
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to innovate and improve adhesive formulations.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the laboratory.
  • Quality Control of Raw Materials & Print testing of new products
  • Provide technical advice to sales managers, customer service and customers on product

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a laboratory setting and strong general administration experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
