At Applied Thermal Control we are continuing to grow and are seeking a flexible R&D Engineer to perform product development and testing activities. As part of our team, you'll be hands-on on the shop floor, building prototypes, refining test procedures, collecting performance data, and in the office crafting insightful technical reports to share in team meetings.

What we need you to bring to the team:

  • Educated to at least HNC level or equivalent level 4 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or similar).
  • Good grasp of engineering fundamentals.
  • Practical experience of building and developing machines.
  • Being able to capture and analyse test data.
  • Good communicator, both written and verbal.
  • A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
