Quantity Surveyor

A globally recognised Construction & Property Consultancy, boasting a nationwide presence with over 15 offices, is looking to add a client facing Quantity Surveyor to their dynamic team in central Bristol.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become a key member of a flourishing team, collaborating closely with approximately 30 professionals, split evenly between Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers.

Becoming an integral part of the team, the new Quantity Surveyor will work across an exciting range of schemes including Residential, Commercial, Student Accommodation, Healthcare and Infrastructure.

The Quantity Surveyor

• A RICS Accredited degree qualification
• MRICS or currently working towards ideally
• Pre & Post contract experience
• Previous QS experience within a UK Consultancy
• Valid UK Driving License
