Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for all commercial queries, concerns, or activities throughout a project
• Ensure work adheres completely to contractual obligations
• Manage the procurement process for all essential subcontractors and suppliers
• Prepare, submit, and finalise monthly payment applications
• Handle the preparation, submission, and agreement of project variations, claims, and design modifications
• Develop project forecasts and cost estimates
• Coordinate and process payments for subcontractors and suppliers
• Adhere to company and departmental protocols and timelines
• Generate and submit precise reports analysing and showcasing a project's profitability and commercial progression
Key skills required
• Demonstrated experience ranging from 3 to 10 years in Quantity Surveying for UK residential groundworks projects
• Proficient in numerical and analytical capabilities
• Advanced proficiency and training in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Clear demonstration of understanding and adherence to company protocols and deadlines
