Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a Regional Developer, based in Horsham are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a full-time basis. The QS will be working on numerous residential developments across the region with sites varying from 20 units to 40 units focusing on the quality and specification of the builds. Duties will be varied and will include all aspects of Quantity Surveying, working from head office and visiting sites as and when required.

Quantity Surveyor Position Overview

• Job Type: Permanent, full-time
• Job Location: Horsham (flexible working can be discussed)
• Job Title: Quantity Surveyor
• Salary: £45k - £55k DOE (possibly more for a strong candidate)
• Start date: ASAP (happy to wait for notice periods)
• Projects: Housebuilding
• Reporting to: Commercial Manager
• Working hours: Monday to Friday

Quantity Surveyor Position Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 4 years Quantity Surveying experience
• Must have a knowledge of residential construction
• Ideally working for a Developer / House Builder
• Some Ground Works experience would be advantageous
• Must live with 1 hour commuting distance of Horsham
• Must hold a full driving licence
• Good tenure- no job hopping and must be looking for a long term role

• Salary: £45k - £55k (DOE- potentially more for the right individual)
